Things to know once you have decided to use Magic Valley Parties & Inflatables, LLC for your party needs!

We will show up to your location 30 - 60 minutes before your party start time to ensure everything is set up and ready to go.

We need an area free of hazards--i.e. tree branches, power lines, buildings, etc.--to set up the units.

There must be a responsible adult available upon delivery. This adult will need to:

Pay the remainder of the rental balance. We will be able to accept cash, check, money order, or credit card.

Show us where to set up.

Familiarize yourself with the equipment.

Sign the Rental Agreement Safety Rules & Operating Instructions and the Release of Liability forms.

We will need access to a 3-prong electrical hookup. If there is not one accessible, we have a generator available to rent under "Bounce Options."

If you're using a water unit, we will need access to a hose spigot. We provide all hoses.

We will return at your rental end time to clean out the inflatable units and pack them away.

If you are using any concession equipment, we just need the unit to be free of any food debris. We will clean and sanitize it for the next person--all units are sanitized with a kid/eco-friendly cleaner.

We are always available in advance of and during your rental period for questions or in case an issue arises.
Cancellation Policy
We want everyone to have a great experience with us, and we will never charge you for something that you don't end up using. We understand that things come up, and we will be flexible in making changes to your order.
If you need to cancel a reservation, we will give you a full refund of your deposit up to 48 hours before your scheduled rental. If it is within 48 hours of your scheduled rental, we will cancel your order and you can use your deposit to reschedule for a time that works better for you.
During periods of severe weather conditions--i.e. rain, high winds, etc.--we reserve the right to cancel your reservations prior to delivery. This is entirely for your safety, as inflatables become very unstable in high winds. If we are forced to cancel your reservation for this reason, you can either re-book your rentals for a different day OR we will give you a full refund of your deposit.
If weather conditions are unfavorable but not severe, we will give you the option to either continue as scheduled OR to cancel your order for a full refund (or you're welcome to reschedule). If you choose not to cancel your order and the weather becomes too dangerous to use the inflatables, there will be no refunds at that point.
